Hi there. I’m Danielle Kristine Toussaint, founder of Purple Haus, a boutique executive communications consultancy working to change the world one story and one leader at a time. I’m also author of the book, Dare to Think Purple, which shares leadership lessons and from social entrepreneurs and mission-driven executives.

It’s my personal mission to improve the human condition one story at a time. Over my 20+ year career, I’ve worn many hats, including nonprofit executive leader, serial social entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and startup advisor.

My passion for storytelling and social impact has led me to work with leaders at global corporations, national philanthropies, and local nonprofits supporting teams of all sizes and at stages to unlock the power of branding, marketing, and strategic communications for the greatest good.

I’ve been the writing pen behind op-eds and speeches for Huffington Post, Forbes.com, Business Insider, and TEDx. Proud to hold my B.A. in Political Science and African American Studies from Yale University and an M.S.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, I’m active in both alumni communities as a mentor.

Beyond my role as founder and CEO at Purple Haus, I’m also the host, curator, and producer of PURPLECON and the founding executive director for a new nonprofit venture, Dream Purple.
